might I make a suggestion? Could you make the gym leaders easier to find? It is a big con and some people might have trouble finding these guys. I know you gave us a piece of paper last year. maybe you could have someone design some badges and then you could make a pin that they wear on their shirt.

' I second this Actually I do have an Idea. Maybe if we have a 30 min panel to introduce the Gym Leaders and the Elite Four (They come out on stage) and explain the rules to the Challenge? Or maybe even do it during the opening Ceremony? Just an idea. |

Its been a little while since the last time I did any battleing player vs player. I need to brush up on it it. I think it would be fun! So should we submit youtube vids for auditions or how would u like it done?

Gym Leaders are not staffers. They will be given a compensated badge, but they are only required to complete their Gym Leader tasks in order to earn it. Elite Four members are chosen from available staff members rather than volunteers. Only because we need more time to plot with them, of course. As for submissions, we are hoping to get the form up on the website soon.  |

Your team may utilize any pokemon from any version with the exception of those classified as "Legendary" on Bulbapedia. You just must use Black/White as the game to battle in. This applies to both gym leaders and participants. |

I am so sad, I was going to submit an entry to be a gym leader and my DS and games were stolen last night (along with a bunch of other stuff.) I had just got the outfit I was going to wear as a gym leader in the mail too! Oh, stupid theives!  I'm defiantly signing up for next year though! :-) |
