Hotel Reservations

I'm planning to work in the Artist's Alley. I called the Hyatt today to make reservations, but they said they have the Matsuricon block, but didn't have any information about the con rate of $114 a night. My question is when would be a good time to reserve at the convention rate? I will also need to book for Thursday night as well, which I'm not sure will be covered under the convention block rate.

Nevermind. I called the Hyatt directly and explained the situation. Everything is cleared up.

cool, please do let us know if the hyatt gives you grief at all. Sometimes their national reservations line doesn't have the same info that the local hotel department has.

I noticed. I decided to call the hotel directly because I wanted to register early since I am planning to work in the Artist's Alley this year.
