Hey Everyone,

This board is used by all of you to ask questions to our senior staff concerning certain aspects of the convention. Keep in mind, programming, gaming, cosplay and other related questions should go in their respective boards. If your question pertains to another aspect of the convention ask away here.

I have a question about prop weapons
I'll be cosplaying Roxas from kingdom hearts. Without thinking I ordered a metal keyblade. After awhile I realized it might not be allowed.

So my question is would the metal keyblade be alright to bring?

Er.. Editting this cause i was stupid and didn't read that first post there completely. You can ignore this, sorry.

There will be a permission form posted online closer to con.  It must be presented with signature at registration in order for the youngling to get their badge.

Question about registration!

I am unsure if this goes here or not, but my question is, do you guys have a 2 day pass (like from fri to sat or a sat to sun) type of pass? I will not be able to go all three days, so I am trying to go friday/saturday thanks Smiley

We only have three day passes and single day passes. There were no plans for a two day pass at this time.

Hello, my younger brother will be attending this convention and from what I recall from Matsuricon 2011 you needed an ID to get your pre-registration. He has and never had any form of school ID or otherwise so I'm not sure what I should do.

Hello guys! Not sure if this goes here or not but hopefully you can help me regardless.
 My last time at Matsuricon was Back in 2009 when you were at the Holiday inn (if i remember correctly) However I go to the Hyatt Regency Columbus convention center every year for Ohayocon anyways so I know the building well. My question is... where will we go to pick up the passes? (what area of the building.)
 I know I can probably just figure this out on my own but I will be with a large group and after a long drive, hotel check in, and everything else they will probably not wanna wonder around a huge building searching for the place. ^^;
Also I was wondering if you will have 2 lines. One for pre-reg and another for at door buyers.
Thank you so much for your consideration!

@artseh, I recommend you go to your closest BMV and get a state ID. It's a cheap and very valid form of photo ID until you can get a school ID or drivers license.

@yuukiMONSTER - registration will be on the second floor central meeting block area (fairfield room to be specific). We will have plenty of signage to point you in the right direction. Yes, there are plans to have separate reg and pre-reg lines at registration. Thursday evening is pre-reg pickup only.

Registration is located in the fairfield room. on the second floor. There will be signs and most likely a line.
