Hi Everyone,

Just was wondering if anyone is planning on cosplaying from Sailor Moon for this year's Matsuricon? In the past I'd cosplay as Dark Mercury costume from PGSM and my Human Luna from the Manga Version. ^_^ This year I'm taking a break of cosplaying. I know its the 20th Anniversary for Sailor Moon. But I just need a break from cosplaying. I'm willing to schedule photoshoots for any Cosplayers if they like.  In the past we've have day and night photoshoots. *Plus I'll be at them to take pictures* '

I'm going to be continuing my "Project Sailor Moon". By Matsuricon I should be on her First outfit since her rebirth, more specifically from the manga, it has a bit more detail. Here's a pic just in case you're wondering what one I'm talking about.

Hi Everyone again,

I've been meaning to get on the forums but haven't had time until now. I like to talk about Photoshoot times and locations etc. I just learn that in order to have the photoshoot groups list in the program booklet this year the deadline is June 15, 2012. So I like to come up with some official times for the Sailor Moon grouping.

Last year we had 3 schedule times (One on Friday around 5pm, and 2 on Saturday- one in the afternoon and a night photoshoot). Just was wondering what your thoughts are for this year. Feel free to post.

Our topic is kinda of quit. Umm If you all have any suggesting on times feel free to post away. Last year we had 2 photoshoots schedule they were on Friday at 5PM then Saturday an Night one at 9:30PM. I was hoping to schedule at least 3 this year. One on Friday evening and 2 one Saturday (Afternoon and Night). We have until this Friday to come up with times so that it will make it to the program booklet.

Just wanted to share with you that Salad Time Soliders- Midwest's own Sailor Moon Musical Tribute Group will be at Matsuricon this year- performing and I believe they will be around for some photoshoots. Their Leader- Elly has mention to me that they panel at Matsuricon will be called- "Dancing With the (Sailor) Stars" panel. So be on the look out for it. I interviewed them back in 2010 at Glass City for Family of Moonlight. Hi Everyone,

Umm how about these times-

Sailor Moon 1st Gathering Friday at 5:00PM EST. Location- Atrium Stairs
Sailor Moon 2nd Gathering Saturday at 2:00PM EST. Location-  Bottom of the Atrium Stairs, next to the huge wall.
Sailor Moon 3rd Gathering Saturday Night at 5:00PM EST Location- Meet at the Bottom of the Atrium Stairs, next to the huge wall then move to a different area.

I'm also an panelist (an artist in the artist alley) this year so from what Catlin has mention to me that she keeps photoshoot times in mind when the panels are schedule. That being said. Beside my panel in waiting for approval there is also Salad Time Solider's "Dancing With the (Sailor) Stars" panel (their show) and Sailor Moon Q&A Panel in the works. So Hopefully lets say we all are schedule that the times above would work out. Don't know for sure.

Let me know what you all think. If you all are ok these times then I'll post them.

Woah! I'm surprised this topic went dead so fast! D8

Well, if anyone still checks this, I'm work on a Sailor Chibi/Mini Moon cosplay right now. Seriously, I'm working on it as we type. lol
But I'm hoping to have her done in time for the con, so if anyone is still interested in having a photo shoot, I would definitely go to it (providing that it doesn't take place during the Distant Worlds concert on Saturday). I most likely will have her done, since I'm about halfway done already and I only started on her about a week ago. I work pretty fast if I'm motivated. XD

My friend will also be with me as Tuxedo Mask, for a few hours at least. We're planning on having a private father daughter photo shoot, but I don't know if he was gonna walk around with me before and/or after that. We'll have to wait and see. XD Also, his fiance might be with us as well, as either Sailor Jupiter or Sailor Moon (more than likely as Jupiter, if she brings either of them).

Anyways, hopefully everything works our for the shoot! I'll be looking forward to it. XD

Oo cool can't wait to see your costumes! Sadly I will not be cosplaying this year but I will be running my approved "Sailor Moon: A Celebration of 20 Years! Panel" along with the help for my co-panelist's Kuroi Tenshi(Angel) and the members of Salad Time Solider. As for the time, location and date its still TBA. As soon as it's available I'll post it.
