Plus he has an awesome band Eyeshine that rock and they could rock the socks off Matsuricon.

If I remember correctly, JYB was supposed to come to last Matsuricon, but had to bow out because Eyeshine was doing some recording in Japan, or something of the sort.  So methinks he should come back if for nothing else but to make it up to us!
