Hi.  I started the pre-registration process, but I didn't finish it and I have the funds available to do that now and I emailed you guys like it said in the email and I haven't heard from anyone in two days.  Can you please help me finish my transaction??  Thank you.

If you weren't charged before, then you should just re-start the online form and submit it with payment.
