Pre reg

Hello!  I sent an email last Monday to Registrations asking if my pre-reg had been received or not, and I have not gotten a reply.  I pre-registered at the end of January for a friend and me, still haven't gotten a confirmation email. 

I got a receipt from PayPal stating that the payment was sent to Matsuricon and I got a confirmation of the Web Form Submission from Matsuricon.  But in the email it said that it was not the official confirmation email, and if I did not check out through Google to get a hold of pre-reg to complete it.  I wasn't sure if I had checked out through Google or not so I emailed pre-reg, and that's when they said they had finally received access to send out emails and I should get an email when they get to it.  This was back in February.

So I guess just need to know if I can talk to someone in registration on here through a PM or if I should just email Registration again.

I also received a Paypal e-mail when I checked out on January 31st. It said that the payment was sent to Matsuri-Corp. I did also get a confirmation from the Web form submissions. I would have brought this up earlier, but it had slipped my mind until I came on the forums (it's been a while since I've been on here).

I also pre-reg for my self and my husband and was hoping to get my official confirmation by now    It has been a week...  Also do they mail the badges out or do we pick them up on site?  This is my first time at this convention so I am unsure of the procedure, and website does not have much info listed yet.  Thanks

We've picked them up at the convention the past years that we've pre-registered.  They have separate lines for pre-reg and at-con.

The only convention in the area that mails out badges is Anime Central.

I wasn't aware that any con mailed out badges. I'm not sure that I'd ever want that, I know that I currently don't.

Yes Anime Central is the con I normally go to but I want something closer to home so I am trying Matsuricon this summer with high hopes

Well, I did finally get a message after posting my forum question in an email.  I was told that they should hopefully be getting the confirmation emails out soon.  And they were able to confirm my pre-reg.  So I guess I suggest just emailing them to make sure?
