this will be my 1st time booking a room here and i was looking on the hyatts website and i could not find it when do they charge for the room is it when be check out or right when i book the room?

They tell you the full price when you book the room. Just be sure to tell them that you are there because of Matsuricon. And you can cancel anytime if you dont want the room.

i know how much it is going to be. i just want to know when i am going to be charged some hotels will make you pay right when you book the room online and others will not charge you til u check out

Oh my bad! I read that wrong :p You do not pay until the day you get there. That's how it was for me for the past few cons at the hyatt.
