Panel Approval ?

I was just curious if anything on approval or denial had been sent out as i put in for my panel some time ago and I haven't heard anything.

Mine was the panel named 'Those Anime's that Made Us Fans!"

Panel acceptance and rejection letters will be sent out en masse after submissions close, which will be in the next two weeks.

I submitted some panels back in April using a form that was linked here, and I'd like to know if those were received. I've tried e-mailing the programming e-mail address, and PMing you, but I've yet to receive a response.

When do submissions close, by the way? The panel form still seems to be up...

I have been waiting several weeks to hear back from anyone on staff as to whether or not my panel submissions made in late April were made using the correct on-line form or not.

I really need someone to get back to me. All I need to know is if the panels I submitted were at least received for review. They would be Anime Abridging, and How to Run Panels.

Just relax, everybody.  I know that they are probably busy sorting and figuring out the panel submissions as we speak.  We will be notified as soon as possible.  And in case anybody is wondering, I am not a staff member of MatsuriCon and I'm also waiting for panel approval/rejection.

But that's just it. I used a form that was linked here back in April that I'm not sure submitted my panel properly, so if it didn't I'd like a quick second chance to submit it if that's the case. They didn't put the form up on the site until late May or early June as far as I can tell.

I've e-mailed them in the past and received responses the same day. It's now been weeks or even over a month since my initial attempts to contact them.

I get that they may be busy, but too busy to simply tell me whether my panel submissions were received or not? I sent an e-mail last month, waited weeks to hear back, and have been messaging them every few days (here, e-mail, Twitter), and the most I've heard back is their Twitter account asked for my panel submissions names and that they would pass it along.

I have friends that still need to request time off work for this thing.

The form that was linked here on the forums is the same form that was placed on the website.  I have some 130 submissions to file through--which is an insanely high number that has me both excited and terrified.  All panel acceptances and rejections will be sent out by next Monday.  ModernTenshi04, I got your message.  I do have your panels.

Catlin, I wish you luck through your proccess. I only submitted one panel (Sailor Moon: A Cebration of 20 years) this year. I've been out of my Internet/Cable service for over 2 weeks (it's current being worked on) so my only Internet access has been through my iPhone.

My apologies if I've been a bit of a pest about it recently, but some of my guys still need to make requests to get off work, and I just want to let them know as soon as I possibly can. They simply wanted a status update, and things were a bit different this year, so I just wanted to be sure we even had a chance still.

Thanks for the update, and I hope to hear from you soon. We've done our abridging panel at the last three Matsuricons, and are looking forward to hopefully doing it a fourth time.

She said e-mails would be sent out for either decision, so if you haven't received on yet, then I would venture to say a decision has not been reached.
