Are you an artist? Interested in trying your hand at designing some art for Matsuricon? Contact publications@matsuricon.org for information on what we're looking for, and what you can get for your work!
This year's theme is "back to school", so I know there must be lots of ideas out there!

Yeah, Alex did the new site header and it already looks great. We've been lucky to have a resident guest artist with us for most of our history.

I guess feeding him the free pizza did work!

LOL yeah anything Free he'll take... also both Alex and Joe said they own Matsuricon. I just find it funny, but yeah you gotta love his art! I love his art style and I've seen his style grow alot for the past 5 years that I've known him from CCAD.

Can't wait for this year. I have some of my friends from other states that got to Otakon and Animazement and a few others coming to Matsuricon this year. ^_____^

PS: OT- Mike I can't remember but does Matsuricon have Press Badges or is Matsuricon still a little bit small for Press? One of my friends was asking since he has been getting Press Badges at other conventions such as Otakon and Animazement. If so, please let me know who should my friend contact on this. Thanks so much. I figure you might know these things.

No spazzing! Just me organizing everything. We had a meeting this past weekend so I was finalizing exactly what our needs will be. If you emailed, expect a reply within a couple days (but probably not today since today I'm working on artist alley stuff... whooo... so much to do!)

Lilly, we're still too small for press. Our best press has actually been word of mouth so far! Depending on his situation though he could talk to the external con chair about ad/badge swap and other things. We're always willing to work with people, hence why our reg prices haven't changed,,, ever!
