You must be at least the age of 16 or employed. Sorry youngins. Either myself or my second will conduct a small interveiw inwhich we will ask a few easy questions just to make sure you understand what you are in for. What we are looking for is someone whos willing to work 18 hours over the course of the weekend in whatever shift style we can make for them. IE if you want to work 8 8 and 2 or 6 6 and 4 I am sure we can work something out. Also the only two job titles we have open is Panels Aid and Live Events Aid.
The Panel Aids will be working with the Panel Head so that we can be sure all panelist have the equitment they need and also to help clean the room out at the end of every panel. Not a bad place in the con staffing world to start out as that is where I started.
The Live Events aids will be working closely with me to make sure all the Main events run smoothly maybe help con goers find out where to sign up for events. Run the cosplay table and other small jobs. .

No never I infact am from Cincinnati and some of my staff are as far away as Lansing MI and Louisville KY

being on programming is a blast. I was on it last year for matsuricon 2009 and I got to say helping around the con makes you feel more in sync with the con than just being a con goer.

Are you interested in staffing? We are always looking for staff in the various departments of the con. You can also help by getting the word out. We have downloadable flyers on the main page of the website that you can help distribute in your area.
